USA EB-3 Program for Unskilled Workers
Under USA Third Preference EB-3 program applicants may be eligible for this immigrant visa preference category if they are a skilled worker, professional, or an unskilled worker.
The unskilled worker subcategory of EB-3 program is for persons performing unskilled labor.
Applicants must be capable of performing unskilled labor (requiring less than 2 years training or experience), that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the program:
- Be capable, of performing unskilled labor;
- Have a U.S. employer who is offering you a valid full time job involving unskilled labor
