Regarding to previous draw, which held on Oct 14, 2020, the minimum score for the course is increased to 478, which represents 7 points higher than Express Entry Draw 165, which is one of the most significant change this year.

2020 Total ITAs issued

Draw 166 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 87,350 in federal skilled worker.

Tie-breaking rule

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on October 26, 2020 at 22:44:19 UTC for Federal Express Entrey Draw 166. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 478, as well as those with scores of 478 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.

How to increase your score in Express Entry pool?

Candidates who want to immigrate to Canada can increase their current scores in pool by Study in Canada, Job offer and Canadian Experience Work or by receiving nomination from one of the Provincial Nomination Program.
