Toronto is the sixth safest city, Economist says

In a recent report published by the Economist, the Economist reviewed the safe cities index. The index divides the city’s safety into four sub-categories of health, infrastructure, personal and digital, which has surveyed about 60 major cities around the world. Toronto is marked as the sixth safest city in the world in North America and Washington, DC followed by Toronto in 7th position in the list.

Scores given to the cities are in the range 0 and 100.
