IRCC increased the CRS score compared to previous draw

Regarding to previous draw, which held on Feb 15, 2023, the minimum score for the course is smoothly decreased to 490, which represents 1 points less than Express Entry Draw 241, which is one of the most significant change this year.

Draw 243 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 23,559 in federal skilled worker.

Tie-breaking rule

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on February 16, 2023 10:33:06 UTC for Federal Express Entry Draw 243. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 478, as well as those with scores of 478 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.

Candidates who want to immigrate to Canada can increase their current scores in pool by Study in Canada, Job offer and Canadian Experience Work or by receiving nomination from one of the Provincial Nomination Program.
