A new Federal  Express Entry Draw 272 held Dec 5,2023 and 4,750 Express Entry candidates who want to immigrate to Canada will receive invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 561. It is 60 points more than as compared to previous all program Express Entry draw on Oct 10, 2023.

Draw 272 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 99,971 in federal skilled worker.

Tie-breaking rule

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on November 08, 2023 at 06:00:13 UTC for Federal Express Entry Draw 272. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 561, as well as those with scores of 488 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.
