A new Federal  Express Entry Category-based Draw 284  held Feb 14,2023 and 3500 Express Entry candidates who want to immigrate to Canada will receive invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 422. It is 9 points less than as compared to previous category-based Healthcare occupations Express Entry Draw.

2024 Total ITAs issued

Draw 284  brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 15,270 in federal skilled worker.

Tie-breaking rule

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on January 30, 2024 at 02:39:54 UTC for Federal Express Entry Draw 284. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 422, as well as those with scores of 431 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.
