Federal Express Entry Category-based Draw 254

A new Federal  Express Entry Category-based Draw 254 held Jul 05,2023 and 500 Express Entry candidates who want to immigrate to Canada will receive invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 486. It is 25 points less than as compared to previous all program Express Entry draw.

2023 Total ITAs issued

Draw 254 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 60,748 in federal skilled worker.

Tie-breaking rule

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on November 23, 2022 00:01:29 UTC for Federal Express Entry Category-based Draw 254. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 476, as well as those with scores of 488 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.

Candidates who want to immigrate to Canada can increase their current scores in pool by Study in Canada, Job offer and Canadian Experience Work or by receiving nomination from one of the Provincial Nomination Program.
