A new Express Entry Draw 118 held May 29 and 3,350 Express Entry candidates will receive invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

IRCC increased the CRS score compared to previous draw

Regarding to previous draw, which held on May 29, 2019, the minimum score for the course is smoothly decreased to 465, which represents 5 points lower than Express Entry Draw 118, which is the most significant change this year.

2019 Total ITAs issued

Draw 119 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 37,950 in skilled workers and 500 in skilled trades.

Tie-breaking rule

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on Jun 6, 2019, at 13:51:59 UTC for Express Entrey Draw 119. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 465, as well as those with scores of 465 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.

How to increase your score in Express Entry pool?

Applicants for Canadian immigration can increase their current scores in pool by Study in Canada, Job offer and Canadian Experience Work or by receiving nomination from one of the Provincial Nomination Program.
