New Changes for Entrepreneur Immigration Base Category
Change eligibility requirements for BC Entrepreneur Immigration Base Category came into effect on Jan 29, 2020 and announced by BC Immigration office.
Since the effective dtae, all candidates must consider the two below new requirements while submitting their applcation online:
1- Minimum of CLB 4 equivalent in English or French. Must submit a copy of valid language proficiency test results at final report (if not previously submitted)
2- Removal of the key staff option
IELTS test score equivalency chart
B.C. government believed that all nominated candidates must show the basic level of communication in English while investing and running the business in Province.
The level of language needed for this program is CLB level 4. To know about the IELTS score equivalency, please consider the below chart :
