Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on August 01, 2021 at 10:13:57 UTC for Canadian Experience Class Draw 194. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 403 and meet the Canadian Experience Class requirement , received an ITA.
