IRCC increased the CRS score compared to previous draw
Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 486. It is 25 points less than as compared to previous all program Express Entry draw.
2023 Total ITAs issued
Draw 254 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 60,748 in federal skilled worker.
Tie-breaking rule
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on November 23, 2022 00:01:29 UTC for Federal Express Entry Category-based Draw 254. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 476, as well as those with scores of 488 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.
How to increase your score in Express Entry pool?
Candidates who want to immigrate to Canada can increase their current scores in pool by Study in Canada, Job offer and Canadian Experience Work or by receiving nomination from one of the Provincial Nomination Program.

Applicants must pay attention to the period between draws, If the period between them is extended, the express entry allows more applicants opened their profile with higher score in Express Entry System and this can have the effect of raising the minimum or cut-off score.
