Federal Express Entry Draw 281

A new Federal  Express Entry Draw 281 held Jan 31,2024 and 730 Express Entry candidates who want to immigrate to Canada will receive invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 541. It is 2 points more than as compared to previous Express Entry General draw.

2024 Total ITAs issued

Draw 281 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 3,280 in federal skilled worker.

Tie-breaking rule

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on July 15, 2023 at 10:52:08 UTC for Federal Express Entry General Draw 281. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 541, as well as those with scores of 541 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time, received an ITA.

Candidates who want to immigrate to Canada can increase their current scores in pool by Study in Canada, Job offer and Canadian Experience Work or by receiving nomination from one of the Provincial Nomination Program.
