Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on September 12, 2020 at 20:46:32 UTC for Express Entrey Draw 172. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 461 and meet the Canadian Experience Class requirement , received an ITA.
