Due to COVID-19 situation and the continuing pandamic that causes economic impact for New Brunswick province, So the New Brunswick Immigration government has issued a statement on the temporarily accepting labourers under the New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream in 2021.
The goal of New Brunswick is to attract skilled workers who are temporarily residing in Canada and whose occupation falls under NOC skill-level D of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) which is Canada's national system for describing occupations. Applicants who will be eligible must submit theie applications on or before April 30, 2021 to recieve provincial invitation. Once selected by the province, applicants who want to immigration to Canada permanently can apply for permanent resident applicatuon for main applicants with their family.
Requirements
New Brunswick will accept applications under the NB Skilled Worker stream from international
graduates working in New Brunswick in a NOC D position and who meet the following criteria :
- you meet eligibility criteria of the NB Skilled Worker stream;
- you are a graduate of a New Brunswick designated post-secondary institution; and
- you hold a federal Post-graduation work permit that was issued upon graduation from that New Brunswick institution
Skill Level D:
labour jobs that usually give on-the-job training, such as:
- fruit pickers
- cleaning staff
- oil field workers
