It is 52 points more than as compared to previous Express Entry French-language proficiency draw.<\/p><h3>2024 Total ITAs issued<\/h3><p>Draw 314 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to<strong> 80,874<\/strong>\u00a0in federal skilled worker.<\/p><h3>Tie-breaking rule<\/h3><p>Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on <b>Aug 28, 2024 <\/b>at <b>17:07:19 UTC<\/b> for Federal Express Entry category-based Draw 314.
