Express Entry Draw 116, which is the most significant change this year.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">2019 Total ITAs issued<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Draw 118 brings the total number of ITAs issued so far of this year to 34,600 in skilled workers and 500 in skilled trades.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">Tie-breaking rule<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break on May 23, 2019, at 10:18:56 UTC for Express Entrey Draw 118.
